New Patients

At Viva Dental, we serve a wonderful base of long-standing patients, and we welcome new patients every day.

Our team is excited to help you achieve your desired smile or maintain the smile you already love. We look forward to seeing you at our clinic.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment time to complete all the necessary New Patient forms.
  • A thorough dental examination, including x-rays, to assess the condition of your teeth and gums.
  • We will address any concerns you have about your oral health, and discuss all findings from the dental examination.
  • Discussion and building of a treatment plan. All options will be explained to you thoroughly.
  • If a hygiene appointment is also booked, you will also meet with the hygienist for scaling and polishing.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel existing appointments. When you give notice, it gives us the ability to provide treatment to another patient at that time.

If an emergency arises and keeps you from attending an appointment, we understand. We will work with you to rebook as necessary and would be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Direct Billing

At Viva Dental, we offer the option of direct billing, so you don't have to worry about paying for the dental costs up front. Our team is ready to answer any questions you have about the direct billing process.
