Dental Assistant Team

Jamie started her dental journey back in 2009, completing her Dental Assistant course in Regina, SK at Saskatchewan Polytechnic (SIAST). Her first job was in Oral Surgery in Saskatoon, where she worked for 7.5 years before making her move out to Calgary!

Jamie met Dr. James back in 2021 and has had the pleasure of working on and off with him ever since.

Jamie is a mamma of two littles, ages 2 and 5. She enjoys living a healthy and active lifestyle. Outside of work Jamie and her family enjoy camping, boating and golfing.

Alona graduated from KDM Dental College and became a registered dental assistant in 2019.

She enjoys getting to know each patient and providing a personal touch for each visit. She appreciates the team approach to providing the highest level of care possible.

In her spare time, Alona enjoys skiing, being outdoors, and, most of all, loves spending time with her family and friends.

Iva graduated from KDM Dental College with an Orthodontic Module and she has enjoyed working in the dental field for over 8 years.

Iva was born and raised in Cuba. Her native language is Spanish.

On her time off, she enjoys going for walks, writing poems, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys learning and keeping herself updated with new dental skills.

She is a person who agrees ”Knowledge is the key and power to success in life”.

Ivanna graduated from KDM Dental College and recently received her Orthodontic Module certificate from Columbia College. She has been a part of Viva Dental since 2019.

Ivanna is delighted to work with the rest of the team in providing exceptional patient care. She is extremely supportive, compassionate and gentle.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband outdoors. She also likes hiking, spending time with friends and she aspires to travel all over the world.
